Went in the morning a few days ago and got a great haircut and beard trim. The gentleman was friendly and professional and gave me exactly what I asked for with no fuss. It was $36 for a haircut and beard trim, which is about what I'd expect to pay for this just about anywhere that wasn't putting on airs. They're cash-only, but they have an ATM on site for those who need it. I'll definitely be coming back when I need my next cut.
